Bob Shoemaker, President
Bob is a lifetime resident of Lancaster County. He grew up in the Quarryville area and graduated from Solanco High School. He continued his education at Lebanon Valley College, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration. As President, Bob is charged with executing the Alliance's Strategic Plan, focusing on safety and financial stability. He partners with Board members and staff to deliver a collaborative, focused approach to advancing the success of the City of Lancaster. Prior to his current role, he was in banking with Bank of Lancaster County and PNC Bank; serving for many years as the leader of Business Services. Bob and his wife Felicia reside outside of Strasburg, PA.

Colleen E. Wagner,
Office Manager
Colleen Wagner, is a Lancaster native graduating from Lampeter-Strasburg High School and Consolidated School of Business where she earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Management. With over 10 years experience in the non-profit field, Colleen works closely with the Board of Directors as well as variety of Alliance committees. As the Office Manager, she attends to the organization’s day-to-day office needs. Colleen lives in Lancaster Township with her husband and two daughters.
