The Lancaster Alliance was formed in 1992 to advance the future of the City of Lancaster through corporate commitment.
We serve as a catalyst to new projects and initiatives. As such, we often "incubate" new City initiatives until they can be assumed by service-providing organizations.
We provide a link between planning and implementation by becoming involved in key projects at pivotal periods of a projects development. The Alliance introduces new approaches to old problems.
Mission
The Lancaster Alliance is a group of Executive business leaders whose mission is to identify and advance the best strategic level solutions relating to public safety and financial stability of the City of Lancaster. The Alliance advances the City’s future through:
